We have recruited for companies who were at their first employee in Romania, helping them achieve over 200, but also for well-established companies who posses a strong employer brand and needed only adjustments done to the headcount. Within the recruiting service, we can allocate our specialists onsite to our customer or we can completely take over the recruiting role, permanently or project-based.
